シンガポールに書かせていただいた日本料理のお店「すずき」Suzuki @suzuki_omakase がOPENしました。
料理人の鈴木雄一郎様とお打ち合わせを重ね、LOGOが完成しました。本当にありがとうございました。
素敵な空間は隈研吾さんの設計だそうです。早くシンガポールに行って、美味しい料理やお鮨を食べたいです。

We are excited to announce Suzuki Restaurant is now ready for dining pleasure on 19th August
2023 with 12 counter seats and 1 private dining room (max capacity 8pax). We are eager to serve you the classic, and “wabi-sabi” dining experience with our chef’s lucrative tips.
Sushi Kappo restaurant “Suzuki” designed by Kengo Kuma, his first commercial project in Singapore.
Bamboo from Kyoto, the pebbles and rock in the garden, including the large reception plinth which is cut from a solid piece of stone, come from Gifu.
